Engagement path
How a Nodevector Path insider dealing and filings review runs — from first brief to findings note and board briefing.
Commissioning a review should feel orderly: a clear brief, a bounded document list, and a findings note the board can use. This page sets out the path we follow for insider dealing and filings work.
Enquiry and conflict check
Tell us the issuer, the review window, and whether counsel is already instructed. We confirm capacity and that we are not conflicted on the same facts.
Scope letter
We circulate a short letter listing documents required, deliverables, fee, and timetable. Work does not begin until you accept in writing.
Document transfer
Registers, insider lists, clearance logs, and filing copies arrive by agreed secure means. Incomplete packs are flagged within two working days of receipt.
Desk review
We rebuild the chronology, test dealings against closed periods and lists, and draft the findings note with annex references to source pages.
Delivery and briefing
You receive the note; we hold the briefing call. Optional follow-up questions within five working days are included for flagship reviews.
What we need from you
- Legal entity names and listing venue
- Start and end dates for the review window
- Dealing register extract and PDMR notification copies
- Insider lists covering the window
- Announcement calendar and dealing code
- Any clearance or exception records already on file
What we will not do on this path
We do not interview PDMRs, lodge filings on your behalf, or open a dialogue with the FCA. Those steps belong to counsel and the issuer.
