Fee guidance

Indicative fees for insider dealing reviews, PDMR disclosure checks, and closed-period assessments — quoted to scope after a short call.

Fees reflect the length of the review window, the completeness of the document pack, and the number of PDMRs and dealing events in scope. The figures below are starting points for a single UK issuer. They are informational only; no payment is taken on this site.

What changes the estimate

  • Multiple listing venues or dual-class share structures
  • Incomplete insider lists or missing clearance logs
  • Review windows longer than one financial year
  • Need for bilingual source documents or overseas subsidiaries in the chronology
  • Additional briefing sessions beyond the engagement allowance

How we quote

After a short scope call we confirm a fixed fee in writing before document transfer. Retainers are available for issuers that expect recurring quarterly PDMR checks; those are priced as a package of four checks with a modest reduction on the single-check rate.

Deposits

For flagship reviews we may request a 30% booking deposit once the fee letter is signed. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the findings note. See our refund policy for cancellation and work-started terms.
