Closed-period assessment

Timeline reconstruction around results windows, major announcements, and permitted dealing exceptions under the company’s dealing code.

Closed-period assessment

When to commission this

Use a closed-period assessment when share dealings sit close to results announcements, strategic transactions, or other inside-information events, and the board needs a clear map of when the closed period applied and which clearances were granted.

Method

We build a day-by-day timeline from the announcement calendar, dealing code, clearance logs, and trade dates. Each trade in scope is plotted against the closed period and any exceptional permission recorded at the time.

Output

A timeline chart (tabular), notes on exceptions, and questions for counsel where the clearance record is silent or incomplete.

Fees

From £2,600 for a single closed-period window. Multi-window reviews across a financial year are quoted as part of the flagship filings review or as an extended assessment.
